Dr. Immacolata Serra (UNIMIB unit) had the opportunity to share with the scientific community the results of Cardigan Project by giving an oral presentation at the 10th International Congress on Biocatalysis, held in Hamburg on 28th-August-01st Septmber 2022. In particular, the results of the production of lactic acid from inulin by microbial fermentation have been presented.
